Refund Policy Wellness Wisdom Gurukul Last Updated: 10-06-2026 At Wellness Wisdom Gurukul, we are committed to providing transformational wellness programs, healing sessions, workshops, coaching, and educational resources designed to support personal growth and well-being. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any program, session, course, workshop, membership, or service offered through Wellness Wisdom Gurukul. 1. General Policy By purchasing any service, program, workshop, consultation, course, membership, or digital product from Wellness Wisdom Gurukul, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. Results from wellness programs, healing sessions, coaching, or educational content may vary from person to person based on participation, commitment, implementation, mindset, and individual circumstances. Therefore, Wellness Wisdom Gurukul does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, financial gain, emotional change, health improvement, or personal transformation. 2. Refund Eligibility 2.1 Live Sessions and Consultations Once a live healing session, consultation, coaching call, or personalized service has been delivered, no refund will be provided. The time and expertise of our practitioners are reserved exclusively for you and therefore become non-refundable once the service is completed. 2.2 Digital Courses and Recorded Programs Due to the immediate access granted to digital materials, recordings, downloads, templates, resources, and course content, all purchases are generally non-refundable. Once access has been provided, refunds cannot be issued. 2.3 Workshops, Events and Training Programs If a participant requests cancellation at least 7 days before the event date, Wellness Wisdom Gurukul may, at its sole discretion:   • Issue a partial refund, or
  • Provide credit toward a future event. Requests made within 7 days of the event are generally not eligible for refunds.
2.4 Membership Programs Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Cancellation of membership will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund of fees already paid. 3. Seven-Day Satisfaction Window (If Applicable) For specific programs where a refund guarantee is explicitly mentioned on the sales page, participants may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. To qualify:   • All onboarding requirements must be completed.
  • Program materials must be reviewed.
  • Assigned activities must be attempted in good faith.
  • A written refund request must be submitted to the official support email. Refund requests submitted after the stated period will not be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be granted for:   • Change of mind.
  • Lack of time.
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions.
  • Failure to participate in the program.
  • Personal circumstances.
  • Relocation or travel issues.
  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations not specifically guaranteed by Wellness Wisdom Gurukul.
  • Failure to follow instructions or recommendations.
  • Technical issues on the participant's side.
  • Partial use of a program or service.
5. Rescheduling Policy For one-on-one sessions:   • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered completed and non-refundable. Wellness Wisdom Gurukul reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Program Access and Termination Wellness Wisdom Gurukul reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant:   • Engages in abusive behavior.
  • Harasses staff or community members.
  • Shares confidential program materials.
  • Violates community guidelines.
  • Engages in illegal or unethical activities.
  • Disrupts the learning environment.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, participants agree to contact Wellness Wisdom Gurukul support to seek resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to all purchased services and programs. 8. Exceptional Circumstances Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval remains solely at the discretion of Wellness Wisdom Gurukul and supporting documentation may be required. 9. Processing of Approved Refunds If a refund is approved:   • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
